How we handle your personal data.

Last updated: July 2026.

DRAFT PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. The registered address and legal name are now complete; a data protection specialist must still validate this text before it goes to production.

1. Data controller

EIGENFRACTAL ENGINEERING S. de R.L., with registered address at Fuente Américas 1116, Colonia Chapalita Las Fuentes, C.P. 45030, Zapopan, Jalisco, México, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this site. For any matter concerning your personal data you may write to [email protected] or submit your request in writing at the address above.

2. Personal data we collect

Through the forms and the chat assistant on this site we collect only professional identification and contact data: name, company, contact email address, phone number (optional, only if you provide it), the company's sector, and the description of the technical or business problem you choose to share. We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial data of individuals, or data concerning minors.

3. Primary purposes

Your data is processed in order to: (i) respond to your request for a diagnostic or project enquiry; (ii) contact you to schedule a scoping call; (iii) technically assess the case you describe; and (iv) where applicable, prepare a services proposal. These purposes are necessary for the relationship your request initiates.

4. Secondary purposes

With your consent, and separately from the above, we may use your contact details to send you technical notes or communications about our capability areas. Refusing these purposes is not grounds for denying you the services you request. You may object at any time by writing to the address given in section 1.

5. Transfers

We do not sell or trade your personal data. To operate the site and email we use technology service providers acting as processors, which may store information outside Mexico; contractual conditions with them prohibit using your data for their own purposes, including model training. No transfers requiring your consent under applicable law are carried out; should that change, you would be informed beforehand.

6. ARCO rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and what we use it for (Access); to request its correction when it is outdated or inaccurate (Rectification); to ask us to remove it from our records when you consider it is not being used in accordance with this notice (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition). To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw your consent, send your request to [email protected] stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a means of replying to you. We will respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

7. Retention and security

We retain your data for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless an active contractual relationship or a legal obligation requires keeping it longer; after that period it is deleted or anonymised. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards —encryption in transit, access control and data minimisation— to protect your information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. Browser local storage is used only to remember your language and light/dark theme preferences; that information stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. If we add analytics tools in future, this notice will be updated and your consent requested where required.

9. Changes to this notice

Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this same page, stating the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

10. Supervisory authority

If you consider that your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may approach the competent data protection authority in Mexico.
